I read the Twitter thread; briefly researched who Greg Rubini is... failed to find any authority that adds credibility. What do you know?

I know very, very little. Roubini has a good reputation of being informative and a non-nutcase.

Coats’ work history and his love for NoName are pretty good evidence, along with Q asking why Barr is doing the the declas instead of Coats. Coats wrote a tribute to McCain which is linked on the Roubini thread.
