Abortion is riskier than pregnancy, but the Left cheats. A SCOTUS judicial decision said “privacy” mandates that all abortion complications are counted as maternal complications. That is why the US has the highest maternal morbidity and mortality stats in the world. Hence, we only know about abortion emergencies when prolife witnesses are on hand at the clinics.

Any health threat associated with pregnancy, primarily exists in third world countries under oppressive political regimes.
In the U.S. most difficult pregnancies are easily managed.
Abortion to SAVE the life of the mother is almost non-existent.

What a joke. Abortion has probably killed more women in history than pregnancies due to infections what not.
The procedure is one of health abandonment, much like euthanasia. It is horrifying.
Most abortions are the result of a man bullying a woman to abort by abandoning her and not wanting to pay child support. Such men are violent and want her dead and want no affection
