I knew a retired NYC Transit cop. He said this was the main reason the rest rooms in the subways were shut down for many years. He was involved in a couple of such cases. Seems like, in their sick twisted minds the "frozen vegetables" actually get off on the dangers and inevitably things don't end well for them..
