I have no problem with a Dell Optiplex GX110 upgraded tp Pentium III 1,000 MHz cpu. Got it 2nd hand. Quiet, made to last. And last. But s-l-o-o-o-w with XP Pro.
My next one will probably be something really fun to build, and won't be state of the art per se. But cheap.
