I’ll bet this was supposed to be a “knockout game” type of attack. And, for once, on a target with a name and profile. I’m sorry this punk tagged him, but I also hope Arnold has an idea of what average folks go through when hoods attack folks in this manner—and worse. Some just get knocked to the ground, some lose consciousness for a few moments, some are robbed, and some are killed.

Arnold's sort of like "dude, you gotta hit a whole lot harder than that." Fortunately the side-kick landed in the upper back which is kind of center of mass and doesn't wrench the spine as much as lower down would have.

I don't know why the perp is kind of hauled off rather then held down for a long time with his face mashed into the floor until he stops resisting.
