Learn how to use a search engine.
And while you’re at it, don’t be
so afraid of admitting you’re wrong.
It’ll help with that hubris.
Only an imbecile would think search engines are hard. Can’t offer you any comparable advice that’ll help you with that stupidity.
Apparently search engine use is beyond your skill set,
inasmuch as you haven’t looked up the definition of
“social media.” Just keep playing the fool.
Ah...you are on a form of social media here.
How many of these people do you know personally?
The Millennial Generation is going to have to be the saviors of this country. We had better hope they are up for it.
Told you before. Stay away from me. You promised you would, but telling the truth is not something a dumb lib can do.
Wow. All you had to do was look up “social media” and that’s too much. If you can never admit when you’re wrong, you’ll lose every friend you have, sooner or later.
FR differs from social media at least in this respect: We could go years never discussing our personal lives without taking away anything that attracts people here. Not so with social media.
If only it were so easy to lose you.
I work with a number of millennials at a local hospital. I have to say most of them especially the RNs and CNAs(nursing assistants) are good at what they do, IF they’re made to understand what is expected of them and the fact they want to be there is also a factor to their credit. But there are others for whom a work ethic is a totally alien concept.
_____________
Yes ..... and fatherless homes, especially in the black community is very high and destructive to their growth.
JUST WAIT—The Big War is Looming. All these Snowflakes will be in Uniform soon. Both Men and Women will be locked into a major war and those who grow up will live and build a better world. Those who burn flags and root for the enemy will suffer in that new age. History tells us this will be so.
It’s easy. I’ll even do the work for you, since you can’t.
Social media is “websites and applications that enable users to create and share content or to participate in social networking.”
FR enables users to create and share content on a website.
You’re soaking in social media even as you deny it.
Social media is the creation of a collective organization in a “virtual” manner. For example, not only are we generally of the same mind, but people reach out for spiritual and advice help here all of the time.
I interact with the same people here every day—and have been for twenty years.
I have much more interaction with people on FR than I do on Facebook.
I am way past screwed.
Without reading and knowing and working around quite a few I would offer because their pathetically lazy, sickly, and uneducated in the ways of the world... But that’s just my 2 cents worth...
6.5% !??
What investment yields that much?
Good catch. Nothing but stocks approach that today. But then, when you’re young, risk is more friendly than later.
Heh. I hear you. Aside from my son, I haven’t been around anyone under sixty for the last twenty years.
And, to be clear, I'm not totally pollyana. As the old movie line goes, some men you can't reach. I am not recommending that we target Berkley or Oberlin as a recruiting station. Some kids have very liberal parents and, well, they'll likely grow up to become very affluent city-dwellers who know EVERYTHING about fly-over country and guns and the forgotten blue-collar worker who perhaps have one child across their three broken marriages, due to concerns about overpopulation.
However, there ARE lots of normal Millenials out there. My experience is they are peeved that the whiners get the attention and cause them to be viewed as losers as well. However, they are also peeved that the 'adults' who should know better, generalize and treat them like a pod eater. Now, they aren't asking for special treatment, but they ARE asking that people treat them like an individual.
I think that's a fair request. I also think, selfishly, that the more of them we snag now, the better off we'll be in 2020.
