The article reads as if the daughter was at least equally complicit in the decision not to leave a tip. That’s the same daughter whose 79 year old mother is “struggling to secure bank financing because of a student loan she took out for her daughter years ago”. A daughter apparently well into her adulthood who is still letting her mother pay off her debt.
Sounds like a couple of classic NY Democrats. Something tells me they’re also all in favor of taxing “the rich”.
