Nice try. We all know that the 10th Amendment was incredibly watered down by
Wickard v. Filburn, 317 U.S. 111 (1942). In that case, a chicken farmer was deemed to be affecting US commerce for wheat by producing local wheat for his chickens. The interpretation has been broadened now such that the Feds have jurisdiction over ANY product that is within the US; the phrase is "has moved in US commerce." That includes marijuana.
