Ward’s outrage started when a group of pro-life activists visited the UNC-Chapel Hill campus to bring attention to what abortion truly looks like.

In all fairness the courts have held this “triggering” kind of thing as justification for unionist violence in the past.

It pretty much goes without saying that this young woman grew up in a crazy household.
She needs to be expelled.
Even though she richly deserves it, the circumstances don't support a more serious charge unless there was an actual injury, if weapon was used, or if there are prior convictions. She could receive up to 60 days in jail and a possible fine, but she will probably get nothing if a liberal judge hears the case.
I’ll bet that a lot of her rage comes from the fact that she has had one or more abortions, and the students trying to wake people up about abortion are threatening the wall she has put up to prevent herself from acknowledging what she knows she did by having abortions.
Very often, those who have had abortions are the most extreme about promoting abortion. They are, in fact, trying to convince themselves that the horrible act they committed is not wrong. The more difficulty they have convincing themselves, the more strident and violent they become.

What I've noticed is that it is usually a lib female attacking a conservative male. I think it is because they can expect the conservative male not to physically respond to a "lady." OTOH, you don't see many lib men attacking conservative men. Probably because they know the conservative men would definitely respond in kind to another male.

She's only 19, and maybe her eyes will open, but at this point she's so self-righteous that she is blind. If I were a judge deciding on her punishment for obvious assault and battery, I would make her listen to other points of view, including making her watch Unplanned, having her speak with parents who have lost children, and spend time in an OB clinic looking at ultrasounds of developing babies. I'd also make her learn about fetal development.

I’m sure there are plenty of FReepers who remember what 18-19 year olds were like in the ‘40’s and ‘50’s. Guys were preparing to go in the military and gals were considering marriage and families. Not one of us would have imagined that our country would come to this in another 50-60 years.
Even as we got into the 1960’s, we could see changes and knew things were getting nasty but this anger today from those who don’t consider that EVERYONE is entitled to their own opinion is going much too far!!!
