Wow, it took to #49 to get to “They Shall Not Grow Old.” That was my vote, too. The most amazing war movie ever.
Another great war movie is “A Very Long Engagement.” It’s very unconventional, but so well done. It’s a love story, a mystery, a war movie, and a moral statement about the futility of war all in one.
