Here in my little town (in Central Valley California) the police post a weekly report on Facebook.

They are list all the stops and citations issued and if they transport the person to jail. Most are caught, cited and released. When asked about this they say it is state law and they have no control over it.

However, violent acts, being armed, or caught with stolen property guarantees a ride to jail (what happens after that is not reported).

Reminder to all California a majority voted for these people into office so this is the world they want to live in.

If I was in my twenties I would move but I am too old (72)to pick up and start over in a new community without friends, family and support.

However, violent acts, being armed, or caught with stolen property guarantees a ride to jail (what happens after that is not reported).

The new law in California lets these psychos steal anything under $950 without being charged.

The theft of property with a value of $950 or more constitutes grand theft under California law, a felony, punishable by a term of imprisonment in state prison for 16 months, two years, or three years, depending on the situation. (Cal. Pen. Code, § § 487, 666.)

Often the cops or do gooders in the city where the theft happened, will give the thief a few bucks and a free bus trip to a sanctuary city.

“Reminder to all California a majority voted for these people into office so this is the world they want to live in.”

It wasn’t just the people they elected, in many cases it was a direct vote on propositions. They can’t blame it on the “politicians”.
