Florida man arrested over ‘I eat -–’ sticker gets charges dropped

A Florida man who was arrested for refusing to remove a sticker on his car that read ‘I eat --‘ had all charges dropped against him on Thursday, officials said.

Dillon Shane Webb, 23, was informed by state prosecutors that the evidence against him does not warrant prosecution and Webb has a valid defense under the First Amendment.

“[The deputy] overstepped his boundaries by asking me to remove the sticker,” Webb told The Post on Thursday. “I want people to see that police officers are not above the law.”

You must be a genius like Sheldon on Big Bang Theory, because you obviously require a sarcasm detector. Sounds like the kind of reply he’d make as well.

Over the years, your opinions on this forum have stood out as intelligent and well-reasoned, and often humorous as well, as memory serves me. And this causes your opinions expressed on this thread, which have no basis in historical fact, to stand out like a sore thumb. Or perhaps this is an area where original intent is not as useful to your preferences as the Constitution being viewed as a living document.
