The Mueller Report is riddled with rank amateurish weasel words like “appears,” “suggests,” “leads us to believe,” “likely,” “accordingly,” “indicates,” etc.
Hopefully, somewhere on planet earth, lawfags are giving the report a colonoscopy- character by character, word by word, sentence by sentence, line by line, paragraph by paragraph, page by page, and section by section.

I would have liked to have seen verifiable facts only. If something is not verifiable, then just state that.

I have heard many in the know like former FBI Directors really exclaim about how poorly written and amateurish the Mueller Report was.
That it reads like many different people wrote it.
Don’t we know now that parts were farmed out to private contractors?

I did some research here:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3742946/posts?page=893#893
cursory search of the Mueller report for the weasel words...
might = 64
suggest = 109
appear = 67
seem = 6
could = 258
implied = 6
infer = 36
imply = 6
this list includes derivatives. Example: appear, appears, appearance.
Not all these words are used as weasel words. Example: appear could be used as “appear before a judge”.
Mueller built a lot of verbiage based on these words.
Mueller ends up using them to put words in Pres. Trump's mouth or to divine intent.
