Hi,
It’s quiet at the White House so far this morning — 64 degrees and cloudy, not a tweet or gaggle to be found.
On the schedule so far today:
At 11:45 a.m. POTUS is set to deliver remarks on an earlier proposed effort to curb surprise billing practices, i.e., the invoices patients commonly receive after they visit out-of-network providers.
At 3:30 p.m. he is scheduled to pose for a photo with team leadership of the Boston Red Sox, the 2018 World Series Champions. Alex Cora, the team’s manager and a native of Puerto Rico, said last weekend that he would not feel comfortable attending.
At 3:45 POTUS is scheduled to host members of the Boston Red Sox on the South Lawn. Several Red Sox, including pitcher Hector Velazquez and the American league MVP Mookie Betts, have said they will not to attend.
Earlier this morning, the White House posted on its website that the president would host the Boston Red Socks. That spelling error was caught by the Boston press, and now appears to be corrected.

OK Deplorables... I’m all done posting from the Press Pool. Posting mostly for posterity. In other words, the source- works for near real time printed info on the POTUS.
