POTUS talked for about 45 minutes, much of it was not about medical billing.
North Korea:

“We protect them and we protect them beautifully,” POTUS said.
“Stupid people don’t want to get along,” he said, “because I’m smart.”

Asked if he was too divisive: “We have given Puerto Rico $91 billion for the hurricane. The people of Puerto Rico should really like President Trump.” (The team’s manager, who is from PR, is not coming.)
