Review them all. See how much verification was done. Question every affiant. Have them eat out their bosses if they were ordered to be sloppy.

Of course the agent didn’t. This is a huge problem. We’ve known about this for a while now. The process was inverted. Usually the Lower tier agents vet the work and give it to the upper level agents, who double check all the t’s were crossed and i’s were dotted. What Happened

Here is that the coup originated on the 7th floor of FBI headquarters, and in the upper echelons of State and DOJ. The lower level people didn’t even think to WOODS it as their bosses had already given them the FISA. They ASSUMED their superiors had done all that.

I don’t think they understand the concept of plausible deniability well if they think not reading it but signing it makes them less responsible. Back to spy school.
