Senate NOW voting on Michael Truncale to be US District Court judge for Eastern TX. Senators advanced nomination 49-43 near party line vote Monday; Romney only R to vote No. Would be 64th district court judge and 105th federal judge approved overall by Senate in Trump presidency.
