How does this work? Does he take the info Horowitz & Huber have presumably been working on & incorporate it into his investigation? Or does Durham start from scratch again? Will there be another prosecutor for the Horowitz report & yet another for the Huber report? I would assume they would want to wrap these up before the 2020 election?
