The January 06, 2017 ICA report is of unclassified data. There is still classified info from that report that has not been released.

The ICA report has problems with the NSA level of confidence on "collusion".

The ICA "Confidence" level definitions are troubling.

- Moderate confidence generally means that the information is credibly sourced and plausible but not of sufficient quality or corroborated sufficiently to warrant a higher level of confidence.

- Low confidence blah, blah, blah...poor and sources questionable.
