Hispanic gangs.
Grew up in Long Beach in the 50s. Wonderful place back then. A bit boring as the largest ‘immigrant’ group were people from Iowa.
Gangs were an East Coast phenomenon as far as knew. I guess it’s changed.

Guess you never visited Montebello, Bell Gardens, Pico Rivera, or Whittier.
Back in the 50’s we had plenty of beaner gangs, a few white gangs, they were always fighting.
