Agreed. By using an ancient bucket with an old corporate name it also gives him plausible deniability of bringing "new" and current KFC into the legal fight.

So, just for fun, I went to KFC for lunch today.

The buckets were printed with the words: “Kentucky Fried Chicken”, as were the brown paper take-out bags, the plastic sleeves for the chocolate chip cookies...
