They had to come up with SOME kind of a number; those numbers are still very controversial. BAC has been examined for 80 years. And testing for THC isn’t as simple as blowing into a machine. If the popo are going to draw blood at every traffic stop then we are in a great deal of trouble. There are not quite perfected THC breath analyzers but who knows how that will play out.
