Full disclosure, I am a Tactical Response Alumnus and have known James for 10 years.

I know there are people here who don't like him, so we'll see what kind of comments this gets. 8~)

It all sounded like good advice to me.

Good stuff. I liked if you’re going to carry carry all the time, everywhere. You should get so comfortable, you forget you’re carrying. Also, I’m a great believer in the “well what do you carry” question. If you just have to show it off take a picture and show it to them on your phone. Never have your finger on the trigger unless you intend to shoot and the best gun fight is the one you’re never in. Thanks it’s a good video.

I do that! I have stock photos of all my carry guns on my phone. Easier than accidentally shooting myself.

While I agree that one should not advertise it, sometimes it’s beneficial to the cause.
I would never roll up on someone who I’m not familiar with and tell them.
However, my being, “The gun guy,” at my job has led to at least four other employees getting their concealed concealed carry permits.
Explaining the ups and downs of carrying helped them with their decisions to becoming armed citizens, increasing our numbers.
Which, in my view, is a good thing.

Taking them shooting at a range is also a great way to put the bug in their heads, too.

I open carry daily, have since it was legal.

Me too. People used to think I was show boating but everyone got used to it. When open carrying, perception is all up to the carrier. And first timers often do things that bring attention to them when they think they aren’t.

I open carry because its comfortable and i can get to it.

And James Yeager was a total ashore to me in person even when i supported his “one more law and in gonna start shooting”. He lost a valuable ally in me with his childish taunting.

I have no problem with open carry at all. All of my stuff is rigged for concealed carry because of my area.
If I were to open carry, I’d want to build a high level retention kydex holster for my Springfield XDm bitone Osprey silenced .45. That gun is purdy!

My pleasure, buddy. I’m glad to see this is being well received. Last time I posted something by Yeager someone called him a ‘bald turd’. 8~)

1. Make sure it is loaded.
2. Make sure a round is in the tube.
