Off Topic, but quite interesting...

Laura Ingraham (I am lukewarm about her/her voice grates) having a terrific show on the Texas border with Mexico. Refreshing for this Texan to see and hear on her show what I have been thinking...

All these pols who are running for President, why have they not come to the border to witness firsthand the terrible awful that is happening there daily??

Border Patrol is wrongly maligned...they get no thanks from Joe Public in NOT a border state, or pols NOT from a border state...they save lives, patrol, babysit, treat minor health issues, not their job, as well as protect the border, detain, and process and have insufficient funds and personnel to DEPORT.

Need fencing, walls, more agents...

Laura is doing a great job getting this out there, but she may be preaching to the choir as blue pills don’t watch Fox.

Nevertheless, great show. This Texan appreciates it.

They don't have to. They know perfectly well what is going on there. They are either already on the take with their cut of the billions of dollars sloshing around there, or they see it as a route to power.

In any case, the good of the United States and our people have nothing to do with their decision to enable the wickedness on our border. They are perfectly happy with it.
