So did I; though we also had rye bread, French bread, Italian bread, and Kaiser rolls at home and sometimes my sandwiches were on one of those.

Can you imagine a club sandwich on ANYTHING other than toasted white bread? I can't!

Some things just go better on regular Wonder or Colonial or Sunbeam white bread

Peanut butter and grape jelly

Or a nice BLT

We go through 3-4 loaves a week in my large brood

I don’t buy fancy bread unless it’s from a bakery

Brioche or a ciabatta or a baguette or Cuban loaf

It’s insane all this cow towing to what kids get to eat at school. If you don’t like your kid eating at school pack their lunch for crying out loud!
