Receiving dishes and relay links are like fixed installations...can be targeted. Fiber optic trunk lines can be found and cut. Drones are only good short range after that and Satellites are only effective if the receiving dishes haven’t been knocked out.
Disable the equipment but don’t destroy it.Wait for the techs to come and fix things and set a sniper trap for them.There may be a lot of replacement equipment in storage but few people know how repair/calibrate.
