Why wait until either 2020 or 2022? Recall ALL of them now! Until elected “officials” can see a connection between their illegal acts and their swift removal from office, this kind of thing will continue.

West Virginia is a one-party consent state, and that courts all over the country have held that there's no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public classroom

And the Lawyers that filed this frivolous lawsuit Knew this From day one. The Lawyers should have been Sanctioned Severely for "Abuse of Process", 90 days in Jail should stop crap like this.
