Noor guilty 3rd degree murder & 2nd degree Manslaighter
Could have been all 3
It does.
I’ve never seen such a verdict before.
Somehow this will become Trump. Just wait and see.

Guilty on 2 of 3 counts:
2nd degree murder: Not guilty
3rd degree murder: Guilty
2nd degree manslaughter: Guilty
IMHO, The congresswoman brought the guilty verdict to bare. Her outrageous high profile persona has an effect on a public that the media tells you doesn’t exist.

Somebody did something.
During his own testimony, to save his skin, the Somali was coached to say he shot to "protect" his partner.
Yeah, sure.... that's standard cop procedure in all police manuals (/sarc).
If the Minnesotans ate more Lute, they’d never be in this fix! Many, many, rural friends prepared for SHTF! As usual, big cities are cancerous imbeciles!
Exactly.

The skinny was waiting for just the chance where he could shoot a non-Muslim American and get away with it as part of his personal jihad...IMHO, of course.
As a side comment, its good that this verdict didnt come out Friday just before the skinnies poured out of their mosques.
JUSTICE FOR JUSTINE!!
Now the civil suit can bankrupt him for life.
After he gets out of prison of course.
Thanks for keeping this case alive here.
You’re welcome!
Happy to do it and happier that it’s over.
I’m reading 3rd degree murder can result in 25 years and 2nd degree manslaughter up to 10 years. Don’t know if they would be concurrent and the judge hasn’t passed sentence yet anyways.
Good.
Small favors. Whew!
Of course, there is a weekend coming up.
Stay armed.
I expect the sentencing will be the bare minimum the judge can do without violating statutes and he will have them served concurrently rather than consecutively. So whatever the lowest sentence is for the 3rd degree manslaughter will be it.
That’s my prognostication.
Just like any other day...
