Wouldn’t the above mean that Russia is being nice? Russia doesn’t want to go to war with the US over Venezuela, I assume. How much is Russia invested in Maduro being commie dictator?

i’ve got an idea. They back the hell out of Venezuela (Monroe Doctrine) and we back the hell out of Ukraine (Russian sphere of influence). All we do there is make things worse.
