bitt is having this issue likely because of hitting the back button after the form submit. Sometimes browsers don’t cache right and will re-submit the form. Some browsers will ask you if you want to re-submit.

Nope, but keep thinking!!!
I open a new tab to post and after preview, try and wait 10 seconds before hitting post - sometimes it’s okay and sometimes it doubles.. I just had comcast come out and they did something on the line.. hope it helps.. I am still getting a 99ms round trip on tracert to FR...
