Roberts was utterly flawless, in confirmation and afterwards. Until the Obamacare ruling, and up to the day of the ruling, when he switched his vote and they had to scramble to get the opinion rewritten. Since that time, he has been usually ok but a little off on some of his opinions, and the FISA stuff is fishy. He may be compromised. If so, it needs to be brought out and he needs to resign. He switched his vote because of extortion. He can’t remain on the court.

Roberts actually helped us with his obamacare ruling...not with obamacare, but with congress's catchall, commerce clause and Necessary and Proper Clause.
Roberts should have stopped there but he didn't.

I believe he was a victim of extortion. if the extortion.is what I think it is . I feel for Roberts on a human level but he has to go. we need justices that can pass the test of the no win situation and do the right thing when that test is given . justice Roberts unfortunately did not pass that test. truth be known few of us can when it happens we just pray we never have to take the test.
