There is a proposed Iran-Iraq-Syria pipeline. It might come from Iran. But that’s just one possibility. It sounds plausible based on a company involved. They won’t redevelop a port to bring automobiles and mobile phones from Syria to Russia for sure but LNG tankers are huge boats.
