Trivial point - so 8% - 11% of half of 30%. If you do the math that’s either 28% of the vote or 29% of the vote she got automatically for being a black Democrat - not enough difference from 30% to worry Democrat strategists - especially since a few blacks go off the Democrat plantation every election anyway.
