I’ve noticed traveling throughout the country, many yrs ago, most University is surrounded by very poor neighborhoods. Democrat-run cities.
Many of them were old, quaint, desirable hoods.
Then they became run down, crime ridden, drug infested and here came the rest of the ghettoans for the coup de grace
The universities had no place to run, if they had, they would have. Now look at where they establish “satellite” campuses and where the professors and admins live
Duke comes to mind.
