Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, maintain they are innocent of the charges against them in the college admissions scandal.
"This is not a story. This has become a total circus. They didn't do anything wrong," a source close to the couple told CNN. Giannulli and Loughlin have both pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Each of the charges is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Because they werent smart enough?
“Check your white privilege”
The Federal Crimnul Jesters Systum is gonna teach them "The Martha Stewart Dance"...
They raised their kids to be spoiled rich brats who live the life of Hollywood jet setters. I doubt they did much to encourage their kids academically but wanted them to go to a somewhat prestigious college even though their kids could not likely cut it academically. I think it is pathetic they had to pay bribes to get their kids into college and it is obvious their brats could have cared less.
When Kennedys, Obamas, and Clintons stop getting automatic acceptance to Harvard and Stanford because of their family names, and millions stop getting free rides to the same schools because of their skin color then I’ll worry about these halfwits trying to bribe their bimbo daughter’s way into USC. Until then it doesn’t bother me one bit because what they did isn’t any more corrupt than the others.
And they wonder why we call USC, the “University of Spoiled Children.”
[[’just wanted a good education for their kids’]]
Yeah? So didn’t the poor parent who robbed a bank so their kid could get into a good school- should that parent be found innocent? You two parents BROKE THE LAW-
The Lawyer ALWAYS wins.
I guess the jury will decide that now won't they.
Looks like the girls are going to a a badly needed education from the School of Hard Knocks.
“Do they think the judge and all those watching this play out are stupid enough to believe what they are saying?”
Don’t be surprised if the Loughlin’s skate on this. The law against receiving bribes is much clearer than the laws prohibiting the giving of bribe.
Loughlin’s lawyer already made a statement characterizing the bribes as a consultant’s fee. “What happened to the monies” wasn’t their responsibility. That’s the legal gambit they will use. And they might just get away with it.
They’re getting a good education now.
Lori,
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
Philo
Feel sorry for the girls, but I’d love to see that c u c k Massimo go down.
At the beginning of this, he was talking about being “just plain folks.” Said he and the family were low key and didn’t need to go out to dinner every night like their friends do.
“We have a great chef. I could stay home every night,” he said.
Wasn't it reported that the funds ("donation") was made out to a non-existent charity?
And did not Singer (the arranger) send them back a letter stating that their donation did not receive any goods or services from said charity in return?
So how are they going to get around that?
You’re kids are stupid and uninterested in higher education.
IF you really want your kids to get a GOOD education, you don’t put them into USC at any time or for any amount of money.
I don’t think either of their offspring had the academic record to get into college. MAYBE a Community College, with limited classes, because they will be behind from the 2nd week forward.
What a couple of dumbos.
How do people this dumb get to be so rich?
Sheesh.
Happy Landings, you two.
Except the father at least is a Trump supporter.
