Also, you're not thinking big enough. Think a whole railroad -- not just one car. Who owns the railroad, and who is allowing them to ride their train instead of having their security -- and authorities -- force them off?I assume that the riders are disembarking in Mexico and not coming across a port of entry on the cars. Since trains can't go anywhere other than tracks, they are a tad on the predictable side as far as where they go, and we probably already know pretty well where most of the riders get off the cars. When a US company like KCS, UP or BNSF is involved with facilitating this crap, all sorts of things could be brought to bear; if it is one of the Mexican outfits, then the wonderful traditions of Mexican law and order apply.

Some of the bridges that serve that railroad might meet with an unfortunate accident (of course when not in use). That would slow things down.

I agree. I would hope that if any of ours are aiding and abetting, POTUS would have the Federal Railroad Administration and the DOJ come down on them hard.
