MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton was in Memphis on Tuesday, promoting her new children’s book about endangered animals.
The last time Clinton visited the Memphis Zoo was three decades ago, as a child when her family lived in Little Rock.
Tuesday’s visit was part of her nationwide book tour. She spoke about the importance of saving animals, her famous parents, and the 2020 presidential race.
Inside Teton Trek Tuesday at the Memphis Zoo, families had a conversation with Clinton about her new book "Don't Let Them Disappear: 12 Endangered Species Across the Globe,” and about saving animals on our planet.
"We know that saving elephants in Africa is important to helping fight climate change, which is important to our health,” Clinton said. “So I think it matters to save elephants, but I think it matters for us, too."
In between chatting with children about the importance of reading, we asked the 39-year-old daughter of former President Bill Clinton her thoughts on the crowded Democratic field for the 2020 presidential election.
"I'm just excited as a Democrat that we have so many people running,” Clinton said. “I'm excited as a citizen, as a Democrat and a woman that we have so many women running."
So what has her mother, Hillary Clinton, been doing since her run for president in 2016?
Chelsea Clinton says the former first lady, U.S. senator and Secretary of State is now content with life outside politics.
"I think she's mainly happy being a grandmother right now,” Clinton said. “I've definitely dropped in importance and I think that's the natural order of things. I'm OK with that."

What the hell is she saying here? That climate change won’t happen if we save elephants? What does that even mean? And saving elephants is important to our health? How? Do we eat them for health benefits? I don’t understand one word of that sentence. This doesn’t make anymore sense than the statement that girl made in the beauty pageant a few year ago.

Wait, Elephants are important to ward off climate change. How are cows bad for the climate and elephants good? Do elephants fart smaller than cows? Do they eat less?
Another point: Books, especially children’s books, are scams. They are a way for big media, public institutions and private institutions to funnel unchecked money to certain people. Just look at the Baltimore Mayor. She wrote a children’s book, got millions. And could not be bothered to actually deliver the books. Nobody noticed because Baltimore does not need a hundred thousand books. It was just a way to funnel money. The books were not important. In the case of Chelsea, she lost her job of not running the Clinton Foundation. And may have been required to pay back the money for her wedding. So she is going to the next democrat scam, of authoring a children’s book about global warming propaganda. If that does not work, she will get on the board of some large company like her mother who was on the board of Walmart.
I can’t prove it, but I think “children’s book” is code for a massively corrupt deep-state media pay off to politicians.

I’m perfectly happy to keep the elephant around, but how in the world is their preservation going to affect climate change?
