It goes deeper than that. Body positive = yes, I’m a slovenly pig who refuses to take care of myself and who eschews societal personal hygiene
standards but you are going to bow down to me and tell me I am gorgeous and fully validate my slovenly appearance and all my dysfunctional life style choices or I am going to make your life miserable.

This is no slur against people who are simply over weight . You can be overweight person who takes care of themself and does not wallow in slovenlyness while demanding public affirmation of your dysfunction and preferential treatment from others based on your self afflicted unattractiveness
