Lol, get over yourself. I watched the video and maybe you and several of us need to watch it again as there is disagreement on this thread whether Comey is to be 'charged", or only that a report on Comey is due.

Criminal referrals are not charges, or indictments.

I think it was the Comey investigation into whether or not he released classified information when he gave his memos to his friend to publish.

Those memos belonged to the FBI.

The FISA judge has already advised Barr that the FBI broke the law.

Few seem to know how corrective action would be taken if the FISA court was misled. Do you know if the court would call those wrongdoers back in, or if the AG would bring charges? Those involved with that warrant application definitely need to be punished.

I’ll believe there are indictments when I see it. Personally I think this will all be swept under the rug. Only conservatives get indicted.

DeGenova said that the report on "Comey alone" is due out in two weeks (just watched it again to be clear).

He calls it a BOMBSHELL and that it will "open up the investigation on a high note" and that there will be "criminal referrals in it".

Now, one could ASSUME that the referrals will be against Comey. But that's not certain. Just being technical.

I'm ASSUMING that there will be criminal referrals against Comey. Either now, or later. But for sure.

Note that JoeD said that the Chief FISA judge has already advised the DOJ (Barr) of illegalities in the FISA process and given the names of those who lied to the court.

I really like DiGenova, and he speaks with such confidence and certainty. And he has full confidence in AG Barr to take all this where the facts and the law lead. Thanks for the replies and I hope DiGenova proves correct in all his assessments.

I was lying in bed last night watching The Ingraham Angle when this came on. My immediate reaction was, “Holy S**t!” My wife was in the bathroom and said, “What?!”

What he said about the chief FISA judge is a seriously big friggin’ deal! The FISA court did not pull all that information together since Barr became the AG. In other words, there really have been “other” investigations going on for some time.

“At least four years BEFORE Donald Trump’s election...”? Begs the question, just WHO was the Obama administration spying on? Four years takes it way before Trump.
