Scott was initially in jail for a misdemeanor domestic assault charge after he hit his wife in the face in January and threatened to "finish what (he) started."
Restraining orders are a joke.
Restraining orders, peace orders. Do nothing to stop a determined person from reaching you. Its nothing more than saying “ sit” to a pitbull biting your arm trying to rip it off.
And the pitbull lives while people die.
