Yeah ... I think so -> only movie I ever saw him in where he didn’t seem out of place or too-much-nick.
I finally broke down and watched it a couple months ago to see why it was so acclaimed. I knew he won an Oscar for it and I kept thinking “isn’t this how he acts in real life?” Maybe not when it was made but now. When it was over even I was depressed.
