There was a case here in California where a guy had Personalized Plates that said “No Plate”, the computer automatically kicked it out as having NO PLATE!!! For Years!

For Years!Actually, he got hundreds of tickets from cars across the state, anytime an officer wrote 'no plate'. The state finally made him change his plates as they were tired of dealing with his tickets.
