I was anti Reagan at first
I morphed right after he got shot
To be honest South Africa ....a place I knew some....is what really changed me
My friends were all pro Mandela
I was like you just don’t get what this really means
I can recall arguing with peers over it
Reagan got it
I know Zappa didn’t care for the Religious Right, nor did I.
But I always felt Reagan was smart to pay them enough lip service to get them on his side, even if he may not have totally shared in their beliefs.
