Up angle? The MCAS moves the trim to a down stabilizer.

It moves the entire stabilizer to an UP angle, this creates the downward force on the nose of the aircraft.

I'm not talking about the trim controls, i'm talking about the horizontal stabilizer controls. The entire rear wing tilts up and down.
