Yeah, cuz we know what the Nazis had in mind. But, at the risk of being flamed, it's a good tune, that IIRC written by a pair of Jewish songwriters, ironic..

Yeah, the industrialists didn't side with Hitler until it became join the Nazis or the communists, who would destroy them. Same with the conservatives who supported the Kaiser. "Rock and a hard place", I guess. I don't know how anyone who read "Mein Kampf" could come away from it without knowing Hitler was mad and the Nazis plan would end in world wide disaster.

It is a beautiful song. That is what makes the movie scene so evil and ominous.
I am sure Davig Hogg has sung that tune many times to himself in the mirror.
