“The appointment of a special prosecutor would result in a duplication of effort at the expense of taxpayers... Since when do politicians care about the costs to taxpayers? They wasted more that $30m investigating Trump. Seems to me this case has more merit for an investigation than that one did. At the very least, the public needs to know why the judge dismissed the case.
