We buy 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide then dilute to various levels.
Use to clean my CPAP and put a little in the water chamber as it not only keeps clean but releases oxygen as a by product.
Using 4 oz per gal in our humidifier does same
2% solution then 3-4 drops in each ear when a cold or flu is coming on also a great cure.
Amazing stuff .... well so is bleach but..

I do that about once a month. Don’t know if it’s helpful or not (you can’t prove a negative), but I stay pretty healthy in general. I do it before getting on a plane, too, which rarely happens any more.
