Democrats are entitled not only to their own opinions but to their own facts.It’s right there in SCOTUS’s New York Times v. Sullivan decision. Which actually holds that officeholders cannot readily sue for libel - but since Democrats don’t get libeled and Republicans get libeled incessantly, that is the effect.
