The nephew of a cop killed in the 1981 Brink’s heist in Rockland County says he’s made his peace with the parole of Judith Clark but can’t forgive Gov. Instead, he treated us like some kind of nuisance not worth his time,” said John Hanchar, a Clarkstown Police Department sergeant. “To him, the three dead men were just an afterthought.” Hancher’s uncle, Police Sgt. Edward O’Grady, was among the three victims when Clark drove the getaway car in the infamous armored car robbery by Black Liberation Army radicals. Clark, 69, was granted parole on Wednesday — three years after Cuomo commuted her 75-year sentence. Hancher was 13 at the time of O’Grady’s murder and attended the court proceedings. “Two years ago, I said on the steps of the Rockland County Courthouse, ‘Governor Cuomo, we’ve never heard from you please give us a call.’ I then held up a sign with my cellphone number on it. I heard the governor was furious,” Hanchar told The Post. He said he drives past “the scene where their blood ran in the road” every day on his way to work. “But when elected officials punch you in the face with their comments and lack of concern by putting a murderer’s feelings ahead of your family’s, it doesn’t feel great.”

To show what a weapons grade scumbag Cuomo is, his first foray into the sleazy world of NY politics was during the 1977 Dem primary for NYC Mayor when Ed Koch ran against his father. He hired goon squads to drive around the "good" neighborhoods in the surrounding boroughs shouting through bullhorns to VOTE FOR CUOMO NOT THE HOMO. He pulled the same stunt in 1986 when Koch ran against Cuomo in the Dem primary for Gov. Like father like son of a bitch.

He also freed another cop killer last year. We have the devil as our governor and I don’t know ANYBODY who voted for him. I live out on Long Island now, but I grew up in New York city and lived there till about 8 years ago and still know tons of people there and none of them said they voted for him so to me, without question he won by election fraud. This is a guy who dismantled an dept of NY state that was created to investigate corruption. Where are the feds? Don’t the feds take over in matters of election fraud ect when a state gets so corrupt like this?

Parole granted for driver in deadly 1981 Brink’s heist

ALBANY, N.Y. — Former radical activist Judith Clark has been granted parole after serving more than 37 years behind bars for her role as getaway driver in a deadly 1981 Brink’s armored truck robbery in New York.

Clark’s spokesman says her parole was approved Wednesday. Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo praised Clark’s behavior as a model prisoner when he commuted her 75-years-to-life sentence in 2016 to make her eligible for parole. The 69-year-old inmate has trained service dogs, founded an AIDS education program and counseled mothers behind bars.

Clark had a parole hearing April 3 and presented support statements from more than 2,000 people. But some law enforcement officials and families of victims opposed her release. The $1.6 million Brink’s heist in suburban New York led to the shooting deaths of two police officers and a security guard.

The parole board first denied Clark’s release in 2017, saying she was “still a symbol of violent terroristic crime.”
