1) Here is what the House Judiciary Committee has done.
Several weeks ago, the panel voted to AUTHORIZE the full Mueller Report and supplementary materials.
Today, the committee SENT the subpoena for the report.
2) Even though the subpoena says that Barr is “commended to be and appear” before the panel on May 1 at 10 am, this is really a subpoena for that MATERIAL.
Fox is told Barr himself has NOT been sent a subpoena to appear on May 1, despite that implication in the papework.
3) Barr is scheduled to testify before the House Judiciary Committee on May 2. Senate Judiciary Committee on May 1.
